    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Entrepreneur who has successfully founded and managed several companies. Many years of experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory.

  • Elin Mossberg

    Finance Professional / Master of Science in Business and Economics. Six years of previous experience in auditing at PwC in Karlstad.

  • Ted Wachtmeister

    Head of M&A. Master of Science in Business and Economics, McGill University, Montreal. Entrepreneur and investor with ten years of experience in Private Equity in London. Extensive experience in business development.

  • Jacob Larsson

    CFO. Master of Business Administration. Ten years in audit at PwC, recent years as authorized auditor and office manager for PwC Karlstad.

  • Bill Engman

    Founder. Entrepreneur who has started and scaled companies with strong growth. Extensive experience in sales, team development and leadership.

  • Mattias Nordin

    COO. Entrepreneur and professional board member with extensive experience in building, developing, and leading owner-managed companies. Has founded, scaled, and exited businesses, and led growth journeys across industrial, services, and technology sectors.

  • Klas Karlqvist

    Founder. Master of Business Administration. Entrepreneur who has started and scaled companies to 400 MSEK in revenue. Extensive experience in sales and leadership.

  • Simon Käll Hedin

    Master of Science in Business and Economics. Eight years of experience in auditing at KPMG, most recently as a Certified Public Accountant and licensed in the financial sector. Experience ranging from owner-managed businesses to listed companies, as well as internal audit within the financial sector.

    Founder. Entrepreneur who has started and operated manufacturing companies with strong growth and high profitability. Focus on operational development and operations.

    Founder and CEO. Master of Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics. Entrepreneur and investor who has started, scaled and sold companies. Extensive experience in governance and business development.
